Cancellation by you
- Before preparation starts: Cancel in the app (if available) or contact support immediately for a full refund to your original payment method.
- After preparation or dispatch: Generally not cancellable; refunds only for service failures (see below).
- Subscriptions: Skip future deliveries per in-app rules; billed periods are non-refundable unless stated at purchase.
Cancellation by us
We or the kitchen may cancel for unavailable items, closed outlet, unserviceable address, payment failure, or force majeure. If payment was captured, you receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds after delivery
Delivered meals are generally not returnable (perishable goods). We may offer refunds or credits for wrong items, serious delay making food unusable, quality/safety issues reported promptly, or failed delivery not caused by you. Each case is reviewed individually.
How to request help
Email admin@veggit.in with your order number, registered contact, reason, and photos if applicable. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
